Managing and Engaging Stakeholders in a Changing Environment (classroom)
About the course
4-day (32 hours) classroom course
In IATA’s Managing and Engaging Stakeholders in a Changing Environment course, you will learn how to
evaluate and manage your response to the ever-shifting environment endured by the aviation industry over the
last few years. Despite these challenges, the industry continues to manage and coordinate operations through
significant regional and global events: airspace restrictions, the coronavirus pandemic, and the restructuring of
airline fleets and network strategies. Over 4 days, through discussions and instruction, which will require your
participation, you will be able to identify and apply skills that will enhance your engagement with stakeholders,
drive and support change through effective communication to help you collaborate with colleagues from within
the airline industry.
