Skills gaps in the Travel & Tourism industry

The significant disruption to the travel and tourism industry caused by the global pandemic includes the loss of skilled travel professionals. Yet, travelers continue to face uncertainty and changing circumstances, and travel agent expert advice and support is being sought now more than ever.

To take advantage of the opportunities this renewed confidence presents, travel agents need to make sure they have the right people with the right skills ready to serve.
