IATA Strategic Partnerships program launches a new area of involvement focusing on Digital Innovation
The IATA Digital Transformation and Innovation team are pleased to announce the launch of a new area of involvement that will focus exclusively on digital innovation in aviation. Having formulated and presented the brand-new Digital Airline Ambition 2030 in collaboration with IATA’s Digital Transformation Advisory Council (DTAC) at the recent Digital, Data, and Retailing Symposium (DDRS) held in Madrid in October, the IATA team invite interested, like-minded innovators to join the new area to foster a culture of digital innovation and transformation in our sector.
Strategic Partners will be invited to attend two Innovation days a year which brings together airlines, startups, Strategic Partners, and our Silicon Valley based startup accelerator partner Plug & Play, academics and subject matter experts, in order to explore and discuss new digital and technological trends, latest developments and outcomes of IATA Digital Innovation Think Tanks of strategic importance to our member airlines. Additionally, the program will provide Strategic Partners with opportunities to pitch new product ideas to the IATA Digital Transformation and Innovation team, IATA subject matter experts, and select airlines.
