To achieve the global ISO9001:2015 certification, the IATA Global Delivery Center (GDC) and Customer Service Center (CSC) underwent a rigorous audit involving teams from different locations. Throughout the certification. process, all teams in every location had to demonstrate full compliance to the standard requirements, all the audit criteria, and our Internal Quality Policy.
