To secure the future of the air cargo industry, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) has launched the FACE Ambassadors Program, a dynamic new initiative under its Future Air Cargo Executives (FACE) umbrella. This program is designed to inspire, engage, and empower young professionals to pursue meaningful careers in air cargo.

Unveiled in April 2025, the FACE Ambassadors Program responds to a growing challenge: attracting and retaining young talent in a rapidly evolving logistics landscape. With shifting generational values and increasing demand for purpose-driven work, the air cargo sector must evolve its outreach—and FACE Ambassadors are leading the charge.

These Ambassadors, drawn from across the global cargo community, serve as industry advocates, sharing their personal journeys and professional insights. Their mission is to:

  • Lead regional and local outreach through educational partnerships and community engagement.
  • Promote air cargo as a vibrant, innovative, and sustainable career path.
  • Contribute to the development of FACE Summit content, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Foster a culture of talent development and inclusion within the industry.
