Innovation, Collaboration, and Growth

The CNS Partnership Conference combines informative plenary sessions and presentations focused on innovation and changes in the cargo business, with a variety of networking and social functions. This year, from 13–15 May, the conference brought together over 760 air cargo professionals in Miami, marking one of the most dynamic and well-attended editions to date.

Under the theme “Evolution and Resilience: Keys to the Future of US Air Cargo”, the event featured high-level plenaries, interactive panels, and a vibrant Innovation Stage. Discussion topics centered on digital transformation, sustainability, workforce development, and navigating geopolitical and economic shifts.

The conference fostered meaningful dialogue among airlines, freight forwarders, airports, and solution providers. Notably, the “Leadership in Air Cargo” panel addressed the industry's response to global trade dynamics and the imperative of embracing innovation.
Inclusivity, safety, and talent development were highlighted through numerous sessions on topics such as: Women in Air Cargo, Dangerous Goods, and the future workforce.  With overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees, the CNS Partnership Conference reaffirmed its role as a cornerstone event for the air cargo industry in the Americas.
Looking ahead, the CNS team is excited to continue with this momentum as planning begins for the 2026 edition on the West Coast.
