Associate Agreement will be provided by IATA after application is submitted. Print out 2 original copies and complete them (download the instruction on how to fill in the Agreement by clicking here). Each page has to be initialized and the last page fully signed. Important! Both sets of agreements must be completed and stamped by your sponsoring IATA Member Airline. Please upload scanned copies of the Associate Agreement together with the online application and send the original to the following address:
