The road to contactless travel

Each year, Timatic is used to check the vast majority of the world’s passengers. The Timatic User Forum is an annual event that brings together users and industry specialists in a dynamic and interactive setting to discuss the latest industry developments and shape the future of travel document compliance. It is a chance to collaborate directly with the Timatic team, to share your experiences and priorities, and contribute to the Timatic product development roadmap.

Why should you attend?

  • Understand the new version of Timatic (Timatic 4), the path to adoption, and how it will impact your organisation, teams, and customer experience.
  • Discuss how we can improve Timatic content to enable automation.
  • Take part in product demos, deep dive into real-life use cases, and troubleshoot with Timatic experts.
  • Learn what’s in scope for product development and the roadmap of travel document compliance.
  • Interact with other Timatic users and travel industry specialists and exchange best practices, insights, and feedback on the travel document compliance process.
  • Have your say in future developments and priorities to shape the future of the travel industry.

Who will you meet?

If you are a Timatic user, you will want to be involved. Each year, our User Forum welcomes a valuable mix of:
