  1. Full/Audited Financial Statement which is not older than six months old-Comprising a Balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in equity and statement of changes of cash flow.
  2. Financial Statements must Disclose preferential Claims on the assets, contingent liabilities and details of any pending litigation
