1. Contact your Garantibank branch to complete their authorization form and provide the signed original to the branch (DOĞRUDAN TAHSİLAT SİSTEMİ YETKİ BELGESİ) 2. Send a scanned copy of the Garantibank authorization form to IATA and complete the enclosed IATAs Direct Debit Authorization Form as follows: Fill in the form electronically on your computer and upload it into Customer Portal. Important! Electronically means filling in the form with the keyboard and uploading the saved file, without printing and scanning it. Uploading an electronically completed form will help us automate the set-up and confirm you the direct debit sooner. 3. After you have uploaded the form to the case in the Customer Portal, print it out and send the original to:. IATA Global Delivery Center Agency Participation Department Torre Europa Paseo de la Castellana, 95 28046 Madrid Spain Please note that IATA requires both the scanned copy of the Garantibank authorization and IATAs own Direct Debit authorization form in order to set your agency up for Direct Debit. 4. Await IATAs instructions in writing. IATA will perform a Penny Test with the new Direct Debit authorization to ensure the functionality of the set-up. As soon as available, IATA will inform you of the results and effective date of activation. Please allow us 15 working days to perform this test and inform you accordingly. Important! Please bear in mind that your Direct Debit has not been set up until we have tested the functionality and informed to you in writing, as of which date will it be effective. Please note that the bank account provided through the Direct Debit Mandate will be also used by IATA to transfer negative sales. If your payment method is bank transfer, please use the following template for Change of Bank Account Details for the refund of negative sales. Kindly fill in and upload the document, no Original is needed. A recent bank statement is also required to verify the account name and number. |
