  •  provide audited accounts in accordance with standard accounting practice. Such statements shall include Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account and shall be duly audited and certified by an Authorized Public Auditor.
  • The Audited Financial Statements should not be older than twelve months at the time of submission.
  • Paid up capital must not be less than USD 100,000
