|
Audited Financial Statements prepared in accordance with Australian Financial Reporting Standards which must include:
- Detailed Profit & Loss Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Notes to Accounts
- Declaration of Client Travel or Trust Account properly maintained according to the IATA criteria specified in 4.2, (here) signed by the Director(s) and certified by the auditor.
- Signed Auditor Independent Report (must include auditor’s Registration Number)
- Total Business Turnover (Gross Sales) must be clearly labeled and identified in the Audited Financial Statements.
- For Trusts with Incorporated Trustees: Audited Financial Statements for both Trust and Trustee together with the signed Directors’ Report for the Trustee.
- Company Composition (copy of ASIC Company Statement being evidence showing: company details including shareholders names, contact details and percentage share) if applicable.
- List Company Directors and contact details (if different from the ASIC Company Statement) if applicable.
- Provide latest 12 months of statement of international sales certified by your accountant.
- Advise Agent Financial Fiscal Year End Period
