  • Applicant shall have minimum paid up share capital of FJD 20,000
  • Applicant can provide audited or certified financial statements prepared in accordance with standard accounting practices by Chartered Accountant and signed by one director or the proprietor.
  • Applicant can provide audited or certified financial statements prepared in accordance with standard accounting practices by outside Public Accountant and signed by one director or the proprietor
  • The financial statements must include 
  1. Balance Sheet
  2. Profit and Loss Account
  3. Notes to Financial Statement
  4. Director Report with Director name and Signature
  5. Public Accountant Report with Public Accountant Name, Signature and Public Account Firm Stamp
