Requirement Text

- At the time of application, an applicant must submit Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account prepared in accordance with local accounting standards of the country of incorporation, audited or certified by outside public accountant and not more than six (6) months old.
- The audited financial statements should include following documents;
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss Account
- Notes to Financial Statement
- Director Report with Director Name & Signature
- Public Accountant Report with Public Accountant Name, Signature, Public Accountant Firm Stamp
- Agent Financial Fiscal Year End
