Two (2) competent and qualified employees who have successfully completed a recognized airline ticketing course are required. Only training with a module on airline ticketing delivered by IATA, IATA Member Airline or GDS is acceptable; training from other organizations may be accepted exceptionally. Work experience is not considered as a valid substitute for professional training. Certificates must be accompanied by digital QR code verification or an endorsement letter from the training organization, issued no more than six months before submission.
