- Digital ID Card: Display your essential information like name, photo, agency’s IATA Code, agency name, card expiry date, and verification number (VER #).
- Share ID Card: This functionality lets you easily share your ID Card credentials with travel suppliers directly from the platform.
- Verified status: The ID Card allows verification of your professional status ensuring recognition by airlines and travel partners.

- Verification and recognition: The digital ID Card simplifies verification of your professional status with travel suppliers, removing the need for you to always have your physical card.
- Access to exclusive deals: Cardholders gain access to a portal and platform features that provide exclusive discounts and offers from airlines, hotels, car rentals, and other travel industry partners.
- Discounted education: Avail of discounts on IATA Training courses exclusively for ID Card holders.

- If you don’t have an IATA Customer Portal account, follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the user guide or watch the recording to get started.
Here’s how you can Login and access your ID Card Benefits:
- Register on the IATA Customer Portal: Ensure you are a registered user and have your ID Card linked to your profile.
- Log in: If you already have an account, simply log in to the portal.
- Access ID Card Benefits:
- Once logged in, click on the “ID Card Benefits” icon in your Favorite Services.
- If you don't see it, you can request it from the Available Services section.
