Once implemented, a SeMS becomes woven into the fabric of the organization and becomes part of its culture, enhancing the main pillars of SeMS within your organization: Accountability, Assurance, Culture and Support. Discover the key elements of IATA’s SeMS initiative and its implementation strategies to elevate your organization beyond regulatory compliance, strengthening overall security through continuous monitoring, improvement, and enhanced cooperation and communication. This course provides a structured approach to security process implementation in accordance with IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) requirements. In daily classroom exercises, you will begin building a performance-based SeMS that produces measurable and auditable results.
