All IATA courses require participants to read, write and communicate in the language of instruction. The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages. Additional pre-requisites are listed within individual course descriptions on our website.

Course Certificates

​IATA courses do not lead to accreditation, but do provide a Certificate of Completion recognized throughout the industry.

Yes, you can request a duplicate of your certificate or diploma, provided that you make the request within five (5) years of completing the course or diploma in question. Request online

Yes. You must attend and successfully complete another session to receive a certificate. There is no discount on the price if you repeat a course.

You will receive your Certificate or Letter of Attendance after the course grading procedures have been completed. For classroom and virtual classroom courses, certificates will only be awarded after all course fees have been paid in full.

Please contact us if you have not received your Certificate or Letter of Attendance within one month of the course completion.
