IATA ISP – Social Responsibility Fundamentals aviation training course

Gain a solid understanding of social responsibility principles and their relevance to the aviation industry. You will explore the scope and context of social responsibility, learn about the ISP Social Responsibility Program, and understand how to identify risks, opportunities, and practical initiatives that support responsible business practices.

Course format

  • The live sessions of this virtual classroom course are delivered by an official IATA Instructor.
  • The course will take you approximately 3 hours to complete and be held over one day.
  • There will be 1 live interactive virtual classroom session of 180 minutes

Technical requirements

Prerequisites

  • The recommended level is Intermediate.
  • The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4  for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.

Registration

Please note:

  • Each session has a limited number of seats available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred date is full, kindly select an alternative session.
  • Please only register for one session.
  • Registration closes 1 day before the course's start date.

Select the virtual session that you would like to attend from the Schedule below: 

  1. Copy the Token and then click on it to register.
  2. If you are already logged in to the IATA Customer Portal, you will be directed to the IATA Learning Management System to complete your registration.
  3. If you have an account but are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to the IATA Customer Portal.
    • Select ‘IATA Training’ as the 'Service'.
    • You will need to provide additional information for your Training profile (e.g., name in Latin spelling without accents, and your birth date) for certificate generation purposes.
  4. If you don’t have an account yet, please follow our Guidelines on how to create one.
  5. Once logged in:
    • Click on the Token code below.
    • Enter your token redemption code and click 'Redeem'.
    • On the next screen, click 'Redeem' again to register.

Certificate Awarded

An IATA Certificate of Attendance will be issued for attending the training.
