FAQ | How to access your e-book course

Watch this short video guide to learn how to access your e-book for IATA courses. Ensure you’re logged into your account and have a stable internet connection. Follow the step-by-step instructions to locate, open, and start using your e-book.

• This video will show you how to access your e-books through the IATA Learning Management System.
• To find your course, either scroll down the homepage or go to the top navigation tabs and click "Learn Status" under "My Training".
• This will display all the courses you’re enrolled in. Click on the course that includes the e-book you want to access.
• Locate the e-book component within the course and click on it. The e-book will open in a new tab (please allow a few seconds for it to load).
• Ignore the prompt asking for your email. Click "Continue without an account"—email is not required. The first time you access the e-book, you’ll need to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• Click Continue to proceed.
• You will now have access to the e-book for your course.
