FAQ | How to clear your cache on the Google Chrome browser

1. At the top-right of your browser, click the three vertical dots next to the address bar.
2. From the dropdown menu, select "Clear browsing data."
3. A new window will appear with several options.
4. To improve access to our training platform, make sure the checkboxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected.
5. Click "Clear data."

Once done, your cache will be cleared, and you should have a smoother experience using our training platform.
