FAQ | How to clear your cache on the Firefox browser

Watch this short video guide to learn how to clear your cache in Firefox, so your browsing stays fast and websites load as they should.

1. In the top-right corner, click the button with three vertical lines.
2. Select History from the menu.
3. Click Clear Recent History.
4. Choose what data to clear — not all options need to be selected.
5. To improve access to our training platform, make sure Cookies and Site Data and Cache (Temporary Cached Files and Pages) are checked.
6. Click Clear at the bottom of the popup.
7. Your cache is now cleared, helping you use our training platform more smoothly.
