Shipper's Declaration (DGD) supported format
In the case of using the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) feature of DG AutoCheck to convert a scanned DGD to load it into the product, IATA can only support forms that follow the recommended formats.
Desktop or Laptop - Web Application
An Internet enabled computer is required to access the DG AutoCheck web application.
The computer must be able to reach the following URL: http://dgautocheck.iata.org
The supported browsers are:
- Google Chrome version 60 or later on Windows 7 or later, Mac OS X 10.9 or later (Mavericks), Chrome OS, or Linux
- Microsoft Edge on Windows 10
- Mozilla Firefox version 58 or later on Windows Vista or later, Mac OS X 10.7 or later, or Linux
Supported on stable, official release builds from Mozilla. Non-Mozilla builds are not supported. - Opera version 47 or later on Windows Vista Service Pack 2 or later and Mac OS X 10.9 or later
- Apple Safari on Mac OS X 10.10 or later (Yosemite)
Supported on all 2012 or later models and select 2011 models
Tablet - Mobile Application
To perform visual checks in your warehouse you can use DG AutoCheck on a tablet.
Suitable ones must meet the following requirements:
iOS Requirements
- iOS Version - Requires version iOS 10.0 or newer
- iPad - iPad 3rd Generation or newer
- iPhone – not supported
- Resolution - 8in (200 mm) x 5.31in (135mm) (iPad Mini)

- Android tablets only - phones are not supported
- Android Version - Requires Android 7.0 (Nougat) or newer
- Minimum tablet size of 10 inches (250 mm) and resolution of at least 1024 x 800 pixels
