IATA Cargo Proration aviation training course

Learn how to apply the rules of the Prorate Manual – Cargo (PMC) and the Multilateral Proration Agreement – Cargo (MPA-C) within your organization. You will learn how proration can be a useful tool in maximizing the revenue of an airline, through proper pricing policy and fare structuring. Over five days you will build on your knowledge on how best to apply and adhere to the appropriate articles, resolutions, rules and regulations that will allow your business to become cost-effective and positively impact your financial bottom line.

Prerequisites

  • Recommended level is Entry-level and Intermediate.
  • The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
