Operations Management (ERAU)
A detailed study of managing the operations in both manufacturing and service organizations. Extensive discussion on all three levels of planning including operational, tactical and strategic are covered as well as problems encountered by the supply chain managers and potential approaches to deal with those problems. The course also includes some of the emerging technologies that can assist the supply chain managers in their decision making.
