IATA Managing Green Airports aviation training course

IATA’s course on Managing Green Airports will provide a comprehensive overview of airport environmental matters, including climate change, noise management, local air quality, waste and water management, wildlife management, as well as environmental management systems, community engagement and decision making. You will have the opportunity to review case studies and best practices, solve real problems and exercises, and discuss effective approaches to environmental management with experts. You will be in the position to understand the environmental implications of airport operations, relate them to airline operations, and formulate effective solutions.

Prerequisites

  • Recommended level is Entry-level or Intermediate.
  • The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 or the equivalent for courses held in languages other than English.
