IATA's Building an Effective Business Case in Aviation course concentrates on the fundamental concepts and most valuable strategies for creating a successful business case. It emphasizes the significance of adopting a business case-oriented approach to decision-making, elucidates the value of business cases, and sheds light on how you can transform sound business concepts into influential commercial and/or operational projects. You will engage in hands-on exercises, exchange your business ideas, and learn how to turn those ideas into successful business cases.

Course format

• This classroom course provides 1 day (8 hours) of instruction delivered by an official IATA Instructor.
• Take this course at an IATA Training Center, Regional Training Partner, or on-demand as in-house training.
• Student performance will be based on an assessment.

Prerequisites

• Recommended level is Entry-level and Intermediate.
• The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 or the equivalent for courses held in languages other than English.
