New Delhi

With its ancient monuments and bustling neighborhoods blending unassumingly with images of a vibrant and contemporary cosmopolitan metropolis, the Indian capital of New Delhi is a fascinating travel destination. Set along the banks of the Yamuna River, nearly 1,000-year-old Delhi offers a fascinating mosaic of sights, both past and present. While the ancient monuments pay tribute to the elegant aging of centuries-old Delhi, the modern components reaffirm that the capital is the heart of Indian democracy and can keep pace with the world's most progressive metropolises.

A stroll through Old Delhi is an unforgettable experience as you can sample some of the oldest recipes dating back to the Mughal era and immerse yourself in the mainly ethnic culture while discovering exquisite handicrafts, wholesale goods and customized jewelry.

India requires a Visa for many foreign nationals who visit the country.

Most nationalities can apply for an Indian e-Visa. However, this does not apply for UK, Canadian and some other citizens, who must apply for a Regular Visa.

We advise all participants to register for the event and begin the Visa process early. In particular, those who are from the UK and Canada as this process can take longer. We understand that a visa agency can speed up the process significantly.

All Visa applications require a signed Visa Letter, which IATA will supply once your registration has been approved. For some applicants, you may also require a Company Registration Document or other Corporate Documents that IATA will provide on request.

Feel free to visit the IATA TravelCentre for more passport and visa information and please contact iata@tag-group.com if you need any further information or support.
