Once you select your manuals and reach the store cart, you will click on "buy auto-renew". Once you checkout, you will then automatically be enrolled. This means once a new edition of your manual becomes available, you will receive it automatically without having to re-purchase it everytime.

You will receive an email 60 days prior to the date that your manual(s) renews regardless of the time of year. It is possible that some manuals will renew at different time of the year.

No, it is not possible to make a one time purchase for a manual on auto-renew. However, you may cancel you auto-renew if you do not wish to recieve the next edition.

Yes, you can cancel your auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. However, depending on the product or service, there may be a minimum cancellation period before the renewal date (usually 60 days). You can check the specific terms in your account settings.

There are 3 payment methods available when purchasing from the IATA Store:

1. You may pay via credit card for all orders under $10,000 USD.
2. You may pay via bank transfer as soon as your order is over $400 USD.
3.  If your account is authorized, you may purchase via IATA Clearing House (ICH).

Yes, if you qualify for special pricing or discounts, your account will automatically be set up to receive the applicable discounts. If the correct pricing is not reflected in your account, please submit a case, and we will assist you promptly.
