Rely on IATA expertise to guide you through the IOSA audit

To facilitate the expansion of your network, whether flying direct, through code-sharing, or offering ACMI services to new destinations, obtaining IOSA registration is essential. The IOSA Program is an internationally recognized and accepted evaluation system designed to assess the operational management and control systems of an airline. This program is valuable to airlines because it ensures compliance with global safety standards, enhances operational efficiency, and boosts credibility with partners and customers. Given its significance, careful preparation for your next IOSA audit is crucial to maintaining these benefits and achieving successful registration.
A modular approach for each airline
In today’s dynamic environment, airlines need an IOSA audit that allows them to improve their safety performance and benefit from extensive cost-saving measures. IATA experts propose a modular* approach to fully prepare you and your teams.
Focusing on pertinent safety risks while maintaining a baseline of compliance, will increase the effectiveness of the audit and contribute to the overall industry goal of reducing the accident rate. Do you have the necessary knowledge and skills? Are you ready for your first IOSA audit?
*The below approach is modular. Each module can be offered separately or combined into one single project.

Select the guidance you need
IOSA has been developed by IATA and our network of qualified experts have been trained on the program. We can bring your airline and teams up to speed with the requirements in IOSA, within an optimal timeframe, following our modular approach:
- Module 1: Executive Management Briefing – Create awareness in your Executive Management IOSA. We provide briefings to airline executives (C-suite) including an overview of the IOSA concepts, main benefits, and necessary steps to prepare for a successful IOSA audit.
- Module 2: IOSA Training – Train your teams on the program. We train your people to be internal auditors with the ability to conduct audits, giving them a thorough understanding of the requirements and methods used by IOSA.
- Module 3: Gap Analysis – Assess your readiness for IOSA. We send in a team of qualified IOSA auditors to carry out an IOSA gap analysis and provide detailed feedback on your systems and processes including a detailed list of specific areas of improvement. You will receive a comprehensive Corrective Action Plan, a training needs assessment, and the opportunity for IATA to simultaneously coach your personnel to improve their competency to undergo an IOSA audit and implement the IOSA requirements.
