About the course
45-minute e-learning course
Learn the fixed wing aircraft marshalling and ramp hand signals based on the IATA Standards in the Airport Handling Manual (AHM) and IATA Ground Handling Manual (IGOM). In this course, you will learn the principles of nonverbal ramp communications between the ground and cockpit crew as well as guidance signals for safe operations of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) around the aircraft.

This self-study e-learning course requires approximately 45 minutes of study, to be completed within 6 months from the purchase date (enrollment validity).
After the enrollment validity expires, the users will not have access to the course content and will not be able to take the exam.
The recommended level for this course is Entry-level and Intermediate.
Student performance will be based on an examination. Please refer to the Exam Information below for more details.
