  • Create your own Quality Technical Agreement (QTA) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) to specify mutually agreed responsibilities, expectations and minimize challenges and risks
  • Develop specific requirements in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure quality service levels and consistency in your operations
  • Communicate about the air cargo industry’s best practice - IATA Temperature Control Regulations (TCR)

  • Shipper’s responsibilities (Shipper Letter of Instruction and Transport order)
  • How to read and interpret documented route risk assessment
  • How to define process or route specific SOP, QTA or SLA
  • How CEIV Pharma certification program for airfreight stakeholders is delivering compliance beyond GDP
