Course format
- The live sessions of this virtual classroom course are delivered by an official IATA Instructor.
- You may take the course in 1 day (6 hours) or over 2 days (3 hours per day). Please see the schedule below to select the session you would like to attend. Schedule coming soon.

Prerequisites
- We recommend that you complete the ISP – Social Responsibility Fundamentals Training before taking this course.
- The recommended level is Intermediate.
- The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.
Registration
Please note:
- Each session has a limited number of seats available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred date is full, kindly select an alternative session.
- Please only register for one session.
- Registration closes 1 day before the course's start date.
Select the virtual session that you would like to attend from the Schedule below:
- Copy the Token and then click on it to register.
- If you are already logged in to the IATA Customer Portal, you will be directed to the IATA Learning Management System to complete your registration.
- If you have an account but are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to the IATA Customer Portal.
- Select ‘IATA Training’ as the 'Service'.
- You will need to provide additional information for your Training profile (e.g., name in Latin spelling without accents, and your birth date) for certificate generation purposes.
- If you don’t have an account yet, please follow our Guidelines on how to create one.
- Once logged in:
- Click on the Token code below.
- Enter your token redemption code and click 'Redeem'.
- On the next screen, click 'Redeem' again to register.

Certificate Awarded
An IATA Certificate of Attendance will be issued for attending the training.
