Frequent itinerary changes by the customers are
distressing your staff? Reissuing or exchanging tickets without errors is
essential to building trust and loyalty with your customers. Learn how to apply
correct ticketing rules and perform complex transactions such as revalidating,
exchanging or reissuing tickets without errors. Increase productivity and save

Course format

• This classroom course provides 4 days (32 hours) of instruction delivered by an official IATA Instructor.
• Take this course at an IATA Training Center, Regional Training Partner, or on-demand as in-house training.
• Student performance will be based on an assessment.

Prerequisites

• You should have completed the
  IATA Passenger Fares and Ticketing Intermediate course or have prior experience in constructing special fares.
• Recommended level is Advanced.
• The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 or the equivalent for courses held in languages other than English.

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
