IATA Aviation Law for Route Network Development aviation training course

Are you interested in route network development but you believe that law courses are only for lawyers? Think again! This course has been developed for anyone that wants to learn about aviation law in the context of route development, and it will help you strengthen your understanding of the context and requirements of international air law, air service agreements, open skies agreements and traffic rights. Demonstrate sound skills in applying aviation law in the context of route development and opening of new destinations. Learn how to negotiate both public air law treaties and agreements needed for successful route and destination development.

Prerequisites

  • Recommended level is Entry-level and Intermediate.
  • The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
