Soon after we launched our Unit Load Device (ULD) and observed its exponential development, we unveiled the name for our ULD fleet - Aicon, which signifies our passion and devotion to temperature control logistics. It represents the application of breakthrough technologies and showcases our pursuit of quality and commitment to providing superior customer service. From the daily accessible door handle to the inaccessible insulation material in the compartment, from the temperature accuracy to uniformity, we ensure each Aicon is crafted with care before delivery to the market and users.
What kind of harsh environment could Aicon endure while still guaranteeing accurate temperature control? Is it the intense coldness in the winter, the torrid heat in the summer or even the turbulence in the sky? We conducted a series of performance tests and proved Aicon is an impeccable solution to safe healthcare logistics. The extract below reflects an abstract from our qualification work, following standards including WHO GDP, ISTA 7D.
In the inland transportation test, Aicon was loaded onto the truck driving for 5000km on the Level 3 Road as per JTG B01 Standard. The test recorded neither alarms, structure deformation, nor wiring displacement. With a 10% battery level left, all operational data shows Aicon maintained the set temperature without obvious temperature fluctuation; see Figure 1 and Figure 2.
In the temperature cyclic test, Aicon operated soundly with good temperature control performance at a temperature uniformity of 0.3℃ and temperature fluctuation of 2.9℃ (see Figure 3). It was qualified to meet the winter-summer profile requirements in real transport conditions.
The tests were conducted in certified laboratories by dedicated test specialists. Aicon is now backed up with sufficient qualification data for actual healthcare shipment scenarios. All the reports are available for our customers, and we will provide additional support for customized requirements on demand.
