IATA has appointed Suresh Singam as IATA’s Country Manager for Malaysia and Brunei with effect from 2 March 2026.
Singam has over 36 years of experience in the aviation industry, having assumed a number of positions in Malaysia Airlines Group, including as the Chief Operating Officer of MASwings.
Reporting to Sheldon Hee, IATA’s Regional Vice President for Asia Pacific, Singam will lead IATA’s activities and initiatives to support the continued growth and development of the aviation sector in Malaysia and Brunei.
