3-day (24 hours) classroom course

Understand how the airline industry works with this highly interactive 3-day course, using a mixture of modules on different aviation topics, classroom discussions, and an airline video game allowing participants to create and manage their own airline! Learning will be mainly driven by instructor-led classroom activities, including lectures, discussions, and case studies. In support of these, a web-based management game, IATA Airlines Manager Business Edition, will offer participants opportunities to apply their learning in an immersive, playful, yet realistic environment.

Prerequisites
- Recommended level is Entry-level.
- The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
