Duplicate Certificates
Duplicate Certificates and Diplomas are only offered to graduates from the last five years. Please note that application fees are non-refundable. Duplicate course certificates will be provided electronically.
In order for us to process your request, please provide the following details in the Additional Information box on the online purchase form:
- Course title
- Exam/Course date
- Exam/Course location
- Course edition (e-book and ATC students only)
- Booking ID (e-book and ATC students only)
E-learning and e-book courses
Request additional copies of your IATA Certificate or Diploma obtained through an e-book course or a course taken at an Authorized Training Center.

Classroom courses
Request additional copies of your IATA Certificate or Diploma obtained at an IATA training center, regional training partner, or during in-house training.
