Learn how to implement an efficient SMS at your airport and promote a safety culture within your organization. Understand the relevance of risk management in relation to SMS and learn how to evaluate, prioritize and mitigate risk. Prerequisites
- Participants should have prior knowledge of airport business and operations.
- Recommended level is Intermediate.
- The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.
