This training reviews the changes that have taken place in the workplace generally, their impact on training and how best to promote learning. The role of the training manager and their ability to work well with others is a key part of the overall effectiveness of the role. A great deal of what occurs in training involves working with others and creating success through strong interpersonal interaction. Course format

• This classroom course provides 4 days (32 hours) of instruction delivered by an official IATA Instructor.
• Take this course at an IATA Training Center, Regional Training Partner, or on-demand as in-house training.
• Student performance will be based on an assessment.

Prerequisites

• Recommended level is Intermediate.
• The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.
