Printed training materials will be delivered within 10 to 15 business days upon payment confirmation by IATA Finance. The shipping carrier will email you a tracking number of the shipment when your study materials are shipped. Please follow the shipping carrier’s instructions to check the status of the shipments online and the scheduled delivery day. It is essential for you to contact your local shipping carrier immediately to rearrange the delivery or update your delivery preferences if you are not available to receive the shipments on the scheduled delivery day. If you have not received the tracking number within 15 business days of placing your order, please contact us through the IATA Customer Portal quoting your order number.
Most electronic training materials (e-books) will be available for download under the “My Booking” tab in your IATA Training User Account upon payment confirmation by IATA Finance. Once your order is confirmed, we recommended that you download the e-book as soon as possible. After you pass the exam, consume all exam attempts, or once your course enrollment validity expires, the e-book and any other files or links associated with your course enrollment will no longer be available on your User Account.
Alternatively, you may be sent instructions to access your course book and/or IATA manual through the Gilmore Global eVantage bookshelf. IATA course books and manuals in universal electronic format hosted on eVantage bookshelf (also sometimes referred to as ‘mobile’ format) can be read on any device or browser at any time as long as you have an internet connection. Once your course payment has been received by IATA* you will be sent instructions on how to access your course book and/or manual through the Gilmore Global eVantage bookshelf.
If you choose to download the course book and/or manual for offline reading, please note that they have a single-user license and you will only be able to download it onto one device (e.g. desktop computer, laptop, tablet…). Please make sure to download it onto the same device that you will use during the IATA Training course and exam.
Please find the full list of e-learning courses available on our e-learning page www.iata.org/training-elearning.
