Empowering aviation’s CBTA evolution through targeted IATA Training programs
In the context of the CBTA expansion across aviation disciplines, IATA has developed courses to support a harmonized implementation of CBTA, in compliance with ICAO principles and IATA best practices. These courses are targeted to the CBTA instructors responsible for developing the competencies of instructors transitioning from traditional training to CBTA, to the Civil Aviation Safety Inspectors (CASIs) in charge of approving CBTA courses and performing the surveillance of the operators and approved training organizations (ATOs) conducting these courses, and to the CBTA course developers in different aviation disciplines.
