The IATA Security Report Form (pdf) is meant to help you structure your reporting of aviation security incidents that took place in the air or on the ground. It is using a harmonized taxonomy (pdf) developed with the industry back in 2020. Please check the ICAO Incident Reporting Guidance and Taxonomy, as well as the updated version contained in the new SeMS Manual. In addition, please review the other IATA Tools and Resources available on the IATA Security Management System (SeMS) page and the IATA Position Papers and Press Releases page.
