For IATA Cargo Agents: - The Head Office is required to have at least 2 full-time employees holding a valid Basic Cargo certification - Each subsequent branch is required to have at least 1 full-time employee holding a valid Basic Cargo certification
For IATA Cass Associates: - The Head Office is required to have at least 2 full-time employees holding a valid Basic Cargo certification
The Basic Cargo training can be issued by any valid training centers (there is no expiry date) or instead the company can submit a written letter, on the official letterhead of the CASS Associate, confirming that the employee has at least 3 years of experience in International Air Cargo exportation.
