Benefit from real‑time Air Cargo billing, flexible payments, and faster settlement.

IATA FlexiPay responds to a growing need for greater speed, transparency, and flexibility in air cargo billing and settlement. As commercial models evolve and expectations around payment timing tighten, participants need more than periodic settlement cycles; they need real‑time insight, stronger control over cash flow, and confidence that every transaction is secure and visible.

What is IATA FlexiPay?

IATA FlexiPay is a value-added service within CASSLink. It enables real‑time billing, secure prepayment, and flexible payment arrangements between airlines, general sales & service agents (GSSAs), and freight forwarders, all within a single, IATA platform.

By combining real‑time transaction processing with the reliability of the CASSLink framework, FlexiPay enhances visibility, strengthens payment control, and simplifies reconciliation without disrupting the standard Cargo Accounts Settlement Systems (CASS) settlement cycle.

Why choose IATA FlexiPay?

IATA FlexiPay introduces real‑time capabilities, allowing billing and payments to better reflect today’s operational and commercial realities. It supports faster financial decision‑making while maintaining the consistency and governance participants rely on.

With FlexiPay, you benefit from:

  • Real‑time AWB billing directly within CASSLink
  • Secure prepayment supported by multiple electronic payment options
  • Flexible payment terms, defined through bilateral agreements
  • Instant invoicing with near real‑time payment authorization
  • Faster cash flow and reduced effort in reconciliation and reporting

For existing CASSLink users, FlexiPay extends familiar processes with new real‑time functionality. For organizations new to CASSLink, it provides a modern, transparent entry point to IATA‑managed billing and settlement.
