IATA Customer Portal 

Visit IATA's Customer Portal, the one-stop shop for all your training questions.

You can use it to access your Training profile, contact our Customer Service Team by opening a case or chat live with one of our representatives. 

How to raise a case

  1. Log in to our Customer Portal
  2. Select Help from the top menu >> Contact Us >> Customer Portal
  3. Complete the form to Raise a Case
    • Enter your request in the subject line. 
    • Provide any relevant details and attach files as required.
    • Review your information and submit the case.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with payment instructions and processing timelines.
