As a strategic partner of IATA, Lufthansa Systems is in close contact with the organization about significant changes in the airline industry such as the introduction of NDC and ONE Order. Thanks to IATA's working groups initiative we benefit from a direct involvement in shaping upcoming industry trends, which enables us to better design changes to our products in collaboration with our airline customers. The working groups are also a substantial facilitator when it comes to the implementation of our NDC and ONE Order pilot project in which we set up a full end-to-end process together with a major airline.
