2025-2026 Passenger Services Conference Resolution Manual (PSCRM)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 45th edition of the PSCRM include:
- New sections (2.2.10-2.2.12) created to accommodate members facilitating customers on separate tickets. Requirement for members to forward bag onward to customers location - as a courtesy and at no cost.
- Amendment on the standard for regulatory compliance to GDPR law.
- Changes to Location Code Data (Location Identifiers Cancellation Request and Location Name/Data Change Requests.
- Edits made to section 5 and 9 to collect Station Standard MCTs for alternative scenarios.
- Revision made on limits of liability amounts in accordance with ICAOs review of Article 24 of the Montreal Convention 1999 (MC99).
- Updated attachment to include changes adopted during the 2024 Cycle 2, 3 and 4 ballots.
- Updated table in section 3.1 with six additional new check in location identifier codes to be indicated in .D element of RP1745.
- Updated text E/STCK to support multiple terminal BHS direction, define “carrier” which is an operating airline and not marketing with emphasis on the use of 10 digit LPN when reflighting.
- Updated text to include a dormancy period for Location Identifier code cancellations to reduce the probability of code conflicts and in order to provide all impacted stakeholders enough time to update relevant systems.
2025-2026 Standard Schedules Information Manual (SSIM)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 35th edition of the SSIM include:
- Chapter 2 – Revised usage of 800s/900s free format Data Elements Indicators (DEI), New Change Reason code values for chapter 6 application and DEI 503 and inflight service information values removed.
- Chapter 6 – Email principles clarification added for slot processing systems to ignore all text in email before slot message SMI, Change reason code applications redefined for airline use message and specifications and new coordinator reason codes added and some removed.

2025 Revenue Accounting Manual (RAM)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 25th edition of the RAM include:

- Battery Safety Boosted: Updated rules for lithium batteries in vapes and high-energy items.
- Infant Travel Guidance: Best practices added for passengers traveling with multiple infants.

2025-2026 Ticketing Handbook (THB)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 57th edition of the THB include:
- Introduction - clarification added regarding the use of the Ticketing HandBook together with the ticketing instructions provided by the various settlements systems.
- Chapter 2 - Additional Carrier-Imposed Fees: 4 new carrier fee codes have been added to allow greater flexibility for carriers to collect fees on ancillary services collected on an EMD.
- Chapter 2 - Fare Calculation Examples: Certain fare calculation examples have been completely revised, where applicable, to take into account the use of the carrier fare selection criteria as explained in Chapter 14 since there are no longer IATA published fares.
- Chapter 2 - Sequence of entries: A clarification has been added to explain the sequence of entries when a Q surcharge and a S stopover charge is present.
- Chapter 6 - Editorials added to better clarify the currencies to be applied at the time of Exchange / Reissue 6.7.2.3 through to 6.7.2.6.
- Chapter 9 - Ammendments to Taxes / Fees and Charges (TFCs) codes for ancillary services collected on EMDs.
- Chapter 10 - Example added to make it clear what to do when calculating a non-refundable fare that is being upgraded to a higher – refundable fare.
- Chapter 10 - A new section was added to explain the basis for automatic refunds when flights are disrupted and ancillaries not delivered in accordance with the recently adopted US DOT regulations which is soon to be implemented.
- Chapter 10 - A clarification has been added to explain the process to be followed to refund open coupons when the original ticket has been exchanged / reissued by a carrier other than the original validating carrier.
- Appendix C - The currency code for Zimbabwe & Curacao have been changed
- Appendix G - An updated list of ticketable TFCs has been added
- Appendix F - Vouchers updated
2025-2026 Passenger Tariffs Conference Composite Manual (PTCCM)

2026 IOSA Standards Manual (ISM)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 18th edition of the ISM include:
- Modernized Access: IATA Connect replaces outdated URLs for streamlined access to resources.
- New Standards Introduced: Several Recommended Practices upgraded to full Standards across multiple sections (ORG, DSP, GRH).
- Flight Operations Enhanced: Updates include GPS jamming/spoofing, volcanic ash training, and revised sterile cockpit procedures.
- Cabin Operations Refined: Clearer guidance on practical manuals, security in service provider selection, and initial training requirements.
- Ground Handling Strengthened: New standards for ULD operations, DG incident reporting, and alignment with IGOM.
- Cargo Clarity: Non-revenue cargo now treated equally with revenue cargo; new training and assessment requirements added.

2025 Passenger Agency Conference Resolution Manual (PACRM)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 46th edition of the PACRM include:
- Amendment of Resolution 800: Armenia was removed from the list of countries governed by Resolution 800 as the BSP has been implemented in the market.
- Amendment of Resolution 800f: The definition of EBITDA in section 1.2.3 was amended to remove the reference to ‘’extraordinary items”.
- Amendment of Resolution 812: Sections 2, 5, 6, 10 & Attachment ‘I’
- Ammendment of Section 2.2.5: Amended to provide a clear wording on the scenarios that fall under Trading History. Applicants previously removed from the Agency List will be allowed to apply for IATA Accreditation within a limited scope.
- Revised Section 5.6.2.2: Section was reviewed to replace the incorrect reference of 5.6.1.5 with 5.6.1.6.
Ammendment of Section 6.6.2.3: Amended to clarify that Local Procedures are part of the BSP Manual for Agents.
- Ammendment of Paragraph 10.1.2: Amended to replace “and” with “and/or” in to clarify that the obligation to report changes arises if any of the changes listed in a) and b) of this paragraph have occurred, not necessarily all.
2025 Airline Coding Directory (ACD)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 96th edition of the ACD include:

2025-2026 Airline Industry Reservations Interline Message Procedures (AIRIMP)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 49th edition of the AIRIMP include:
- Extension of maximum number of characters from 15 to 25 in SSR DOCS
- Introduction of new SSR WCLX for Wheelchair with removable lithium-ion battery
- Introduction of new SSR INST for Infants with a seat
2025-2026 Reservations Handbook (RHB)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 36th edition of the RHB include:
- Amendment of Section 20.3

2025 Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBTA) Library
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 2nd edition of the CBTA Library include:
- CBTA Guide for Flight Crew Training: It provides practical guidance to implement CBTA for pilot and instructor training. The guide consolidates industry best practices based on the experience gained by IATA member airlines and by major training organizations delivering CBTA programs.
- New re-structured portfolio of digital content.
- New and unique CBTA guide which has been created for individual pilot access and another two customised multi-document portfolios (that include the CBTA Guide for Flight Crew) for Airlines & Operators and Aviation Training Organizations.
2025-2026 IATA List of Ticket and Airport Taxes & Fees (ILTATF)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 21st edition of the ILTATF include:
- 230 passenger ticket, taxes, fees and charges changes
- New codes in the first quarter of the publication
- This represents 35% of the changes in the entire TTBS directory
2025 City Code Directory (CCD)
Significant Changes and Amendments to the 63rd edition of the CCD include:
- 81 codes added
- 3 codes removed
- 23 amendments (name changes etc.)
2025-2026 IATA Station Standard Minimum Connecting Time (MCT)
