The IATA Payment Services Forum enables participants to connect, share insights, and exchange experiences, while also benefiting from timely updates and insights into trends and developments in airline payments.

Building on the success of the IATA Financial Gateway (IFG) User Forum, the IATA Payment Services Forum will reflect a broader vision, agenda, and range of IATA payment solutions aligned with the needs of the wider community of industry payments professionals. This year's edition takes place on two days, allowing more time for discussion, learning, and networking.

The event is held in conjunction with the IATA World Financial and World Passenger Symposium (WFS & WPS).

What will the 2026 Forum showcase?

  • Key updates on IATA Payments Portfolio strategy, including IFG, IATA Pay, IATA EASY PAY, and Transparency in Payments (TIP), and other payment-related developments.
  • Practical use cases & best practices from airlines and industry experts.
  • Analysis of industry trends shaping the future of payments and IATA vision to support this transformation.

How to register

On the registration site, you can choose one of the following two options:

  1. Attend the Payment Services Forum only (26-27 October).
  2. Attend both the Payment Services Forum (26-27 October) and the IATA World Financial and World Passenger Symposium (WFS & WPS) (28-29 October). In this case, the applicable WFS & WPS delegate fee will apply based on your participant category.
